If you have a fun idea and a way to bring it to life, we want to hear about it!
1. Leave the space how you found it.
2. A member of your team must be onsite to supervise your activation during public viewing hours.
3. Be a good host, guest, and neighbour.
Aside from that, we have a few basic property rules that we have to follow here in The Gaslight District. Those will be reviewed with you if your application is accepted.
There’s no fee to use the space! We only require you to obtain vendor insurance for your activation and a $100 security deposit, which will be refunded (less a 10% handling fee) at the end of your activation as long as the space is left in good condition and our neighbours are respected.
Our activation hosts will be given an entry code which will allow them access to the gallery during their agreed-upon activation dates!
